Die Kreisverwaltung Trier-Saarburg plant ab der 1. Jahreshälfte 2024 die Einführung eines Dokumenten Management Systems (DMS) zur Optimierung ihrer Verwaltungsprozesse.
Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Überlassung von Standardsoftware auf Dauer sowie mit der Umsetzung verbundene Integrations- und Serviceleistungen wie bspw. die Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Einrichtung der Software, Dokumentation, Schulung, Pflege, Wartung und der Support.
