Direct procurement procedure pursuant to Art. Point 1(7) of the PHP and the implementing acts of the PHP. The award of the contract consists in the repetition of services similar to those covered by the basic contract awarded on 28.12.2023 (contract No 1599/2023). The material scope of the services covered by this contract does not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract. ZG.271.17.2023.
