Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of: HER2 antibodies and control slides for the Anatomological Anatomy Plant – histopathological Workshop.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with the specification of the range and quantity, is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 6 to the ToR.
3. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
4. Classification according to the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 33696500.
5. Whenever, as far as the description of the subject-matter of the contract is concerned, reference is made in this ToR to a trademark, patent or origin, such indication shall be deemed to be accompanied by the word ‘or equivalent’. The Contracting Authority will consider to be equivalent to that which has the same or better technical and qualitative parameters than those described in the ToR, and its application will in no way affect the proper functioning of the product as intended.
The equivalent range offered must be compatible with the equipment of the procurer.
