The scope of the subject of the contract includes, among others: 1) heat supplied via a heat carrier in the form of hot water with variable temperature (in accordance with the Regulatory Table for the District Heating System of the City of Wrocław established by Fortum Power and Heat Polska sp. z o.o. - Annex No 9 to the District Heating System), 2) heat supplied to buildings in the amount resulting from the ordered heat output for each building, determined by the Contracting Authority, 3) the heat supplied will be used in municipal premises for central heating and domestic hot water and heat for the needs of technology, 4) the date of commencement of heat supply from the district heating network to a given building, indicated in Annex No 8 to the District Heating System, will result from the connection agreement concluded for this building, 5) the place of heat delivery and transfer of heat ownership are sections of pipelines on which components of metering and billing systems are installed, 6) the metering and billing system measuring the total heat supplied to the thermal unit is the property of Fortum and Heat Polska sp. z o.
