Description

The consultation is a service contract, concluded in accordance with the open tender procedure in accordance with Article R2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The reference General Administrative Clause (GAC) is the GAC applicable to public supply and service contracts (CFS) as issued by the Order of 30 March 2021. The contract is a multi-successful framework agreement awarded pursuant to Article R2124-1 of the Public Procurement Code giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with Article R2162-2§1 of the same Code, under the conditions laid down in Articles R2162-7 to R2162-10. The order thresholds to be taken are as follows: — No minimum annual amount; — Maximum annual amount: EUR 150000 H.T. As an estimate, the contracting authority could order up to EUR 70000 VAT per year for services (including any additional services). Under the contract, three (3) economic operators will be selected, to whom will be awarded subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders.
