Description

The subject-matter of the contract is construction works and the execution of supplementary design documentation under the project: ‘Construction of a primary school in the area of Ruskowa Bród and ul. Verdi’.
The scope of the works includes the execution of the design documentation specified in Annex 2 and Annex No 3 and construction work involving the construction of a primary school with a sports hall with accompanying infrastructure, a pitch assembly, garbage and bike bucket, the footbridge over Ruskowa Bród street, an external storage facility, access and parking areas, accesses, installations and networks, and an internal road serving the building in terms of access and parking spaces serving as fire access, and obtaining all necessary conditions, decisions and arrangements to obtain an operating permit.
As part of the task to be carried out, the construction of a primary school of 37 departments, kitchen facilities, gymnastic hall, catering facilities and technical facilities.
