Description

La présente consultation a pour objet de confier à des professionnels du secteur d'activité la réalisation des travaux neufs et de rénovation du réseau d'éclairage public sur le territoire de la commune de Saint-Chamond. La présente consultation relève de la règlementation relative aux marchés publics, constituée par l'ordonnance nº 2015-899 du 23.7.2015 et son décret d'application nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Elle est menée en procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles 25, 66 à 68 dudit décret. Le marché est un accord-cadre de travaux à marchés subséquents, multi-attributaires, en application des articles 78 et 79 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Les prestations étant de nature homogène ne sont pas alloties dans le cadre de la présente mise en concurrence. Elles pourront l'être lors des remises en concurrence des attributaires de l'accord-cadre.
