Description

Die Stadt Überlingen macht bekannt, dass der bestehende Wasser-Konzessionsvertrag zwischen der Stadt Überlingen und der Stadtwerke Überlingen GmbH (übergegangen auf die Stadtwerk am See GmbH & Co. KG) für das Gebiet der Stadt Überlingen am 31.12.2026 endet. Die Stadt Überlingen beabsichtigt, einen neuen Wasser-Konzessionsvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 30 Jahren abzuschließen. Mit dem abzuschließenden Wasserkonzessionsvertrag wird dem Vertragspartner der Stadt Überlingen das Recht zur Wegenutzung für die ausschließliche öffentliche Wasserversorgung von Letztverbrauchern auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Überlingen eingeräumt. Der Vertragspartner wird zugleich verpflichtet, die öffentliche Wasserversorgung auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Überlingen während der Vertragslaufzeit sicherzustellen.
