Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting of the organisation of a one-day information conference for OWES on the implementation of a system of accreditation of accession for 75 persons – staff of social economy support centres, staff of welfare and social inclusion institutions.
The subject matter of the contract shall include: the organisation and logistics of the project, including the provision of conference material, including:
— recruitment of participants,
— catering for panellists/conference participants (respectively: coffee service twice and lunch/coffee service twice),
— development and supply of conference material,
— transport of conference material from the contracting authority’s premises to and from the venue of the seminar (if the full quantity is not used),
— organisation and logistics of the conference.
