Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Military Medical Institute - National Research Institute. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots. A single package is considered to be part of the order. 3. The order was divided into 2 packages. 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex No 3 to the Order. 5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No 5 to this contract.
