The acquisition of a modern, high-performance angiograph with low radiation levels and functions that allow the diagnosis and treatment of complex and calcified coronary lesions is intended to treat cardiovascular patients in critical condition with severe pathologies, such as: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina; acute decompensated heart failure; life-threatening rhythm disturbances; cardiac arrest resuscitated. These patients frequently and urgently require minimally invasive imaging diagnosis and immediate therapeutic intervention, making angiography an essential element in the survival chain. 2. The patients in USTACC are, by definition, in a serious condition (hemodynamic instability, rhythm disturbances, pulmonary edema, risk of cardio-respiratory arrest). Discontinuous or insufficient monitoring of vital parameters may delay intervention in case of rapid deterioration. Equipping USTACC with this equipment will ensure continuous monitoring of patients in critical condition. It is essential in the prevention of cardio-respiratory arrest, early detection of patient damage and rapid medical decision.
