Description

This invitation to tender, together with its appendices, concerns the operation of a ferry from Ruoholahti or Taivallahde in Helsinki to Mustasaari*. A connecting boat is used to transport groups and individual visitors to the island, as well as freight transport. Groups visit the island before and after the official opening season (from around the beginning of May/mid-August/mid-September). This acquisition also applies to chartered services of these groups to the extent that the operator's vessel meets the customer's needs. The customer reserves the right to make transport purchases outside the official opening hours also from other suppliers. When comparing tenders, the lowest price is used as a selection criterion, because the essential factors affecting quality have been comprehensively taken into account in the definition of the subject matter of the contract and in the minimum requirements of the contract. *The yacht quay is located in Taivallahti. Due to the spa being built in the area, the place of departure may change during the contract or option period. More detailed details on the departure pier, its accessibility and other traffic will be specified later and the customer will inform about them when more information is available from the City of Helsinki.
