Poland-Krakow: Passenger cars

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of 30 new passenger cars, category M1 and body code AC or AF, with a number of seats for 5 persons.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract – any requirements for the vehicle to be procured are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. The contractor will supply cars to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109. Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor.
4. The contractor will carry out a pre-sales inspection before handing over the car to the Contracting Authority. ‘zero’. The inspection will be recorded in the maintenance service record book of the vehicle.
5. The contractor must provide a guarantee for each vehicle delivered in accordance with the data in Annex 2 to the ToR, but not less than the manufacturer’s guarantee.
6. Repairs under the warranty will be carried out at authorised repairers. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to identify at least 3 authorised vehicle repairers in Małopolskie Province.
7. Within 14 calendar days of the date of conclusion of the contract, the successful contractor will be required to present at the premises of the Contracting Authority a prototype vehicle complying with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in Annex 2 to the ToR (so-called vehicle modification design).
8. The Contractor must attach to each of the vehicles issued the following documents (drawn up in Polish):
(a) a guarantee book,
(b) a list of equipment,
(C) the instructions for use of the base vehicle and its installation and equipment, which must include (in the form of descriptions, diagrams, drawings and photographs) themes related to:
— the construction, operation and servicing of the vehicle and its parts and fittings,
— the safe use and operation of the vehicle;
(D) the vehicle card;
(e) a service survey book;
(F) the EC certificate of conformity of the base vehicle, accompanied by a declaration by the manufacturer/importer confirming the vehicle data not included in the certificate of conformity and necessary for the registration of the vehicle;
(g) a document confirming that the first technical inspection of the privileged vehicle has been carried out prior to the first registration, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act;
(H) the documents specified in the technical specification.
