Predmetom zákazky je dodávka náhradných dielov na čelné nakladače a stavebnú techniku značky spĺňajúcich požiadavky slovenských a európskych noriem na adresu organizačných zložiek a ich stredísk verejného obstarávateľa, vrátane dopravy do miesta plnenia ostatných služieb spojených s dodávkou, podľa špecifikácie uvedenej v súťažných podkladoch.
Zároveň je predmetom zákazky vykonávanie servisných služieb, záručného a pozáručného servisu na stroje Caterpillar pri dodržaní výrobcom stanovených technologických postupov.
