Announcement of an international open electronic tender for the supply of industrial gases, for the needs of G.C.C. laboratories.
The purpose of the contract is the supply of industrial gases for the needs of the GCC laboratories. The technical characteristics of the industrial gases and the other requirements are described in detail in ANNEX A' to this document, which forms an integral part of it. Please note that each tender must relate to the entire quantity of items to be supplied, as described in Annex A. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 247.752,00 including 24 % VAT (estimated value excluding VAT: EUR 199.800,00 plus VAT (24 %): EUR 47.952) The contract will be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the price. In particular, the lowest total value of the sum of industrial gas costs and of the total fixed cost of holding gas bottles will be identified as the lowest. Please note that: I. Financial offers that exceed the budget of the value of industrial gases (EUR 159.300,00 plus VAT) will be rejected. The individual values per gas cylinder are indicative. Financial offers that exceed the budget of the fixed bottle holding cost (EUR 50.00 plus VAT) will be rejected. Financial offers that exceed the budget of the value of the three individual transports (Athens – Thessaloniki EUR 25.00 before VAT, land Greece EUR 50.00 before VAT and islands of EUR 90 before VAT) will be rejected. The duration of the contract is set until 31.12.2024 or until the budget is exhausted and not exceeded.
