Description

Deze marktconsultatie is een voorbereiding op de aanbesteding voor brand- en braakwerende opslagmiddelen. Binnen de scope vallen kluizen, datakluizen, autokluizen, afstortkluizen en wapenkluizen. De wijze van openen van de kluizen kan verschillen per aanvraag (sleutel, met code, met (rijks)pas of een combinatie van deze. De nadruk binnen deze scope ligt op de opslagmiddelen voor papier en data. Het betreft catalogusproducten, maar in enkele gevallen is maatwerk nodig om goede invulling te geven aan de behoefte. Denk hierbij aan opslagmiddelen voor C2000-devices (inclusief oplaadmogelijkheid) met meerdere vakken zodat een device per vak kan worden opgeslagen.
Ook valt binnen de scope het correctief onderhoud op de opslagmiddelen (in het verleden nog geen 5 % van de omzet) en installatie. Installatie vind zowel plaats op kantoren van Belastingdienst, Douane en FIOD, maar ook bij medewerkers thuis en in voorkomende gevallen in voertuigen.
