Under the contract, the contractor must:
— the demolishment of a steel concrete frame with a built-in surface of 2 088.0 m² and a height of 12 m and 18 m – range:
— dismantling of the concrete and masonry structures with removal into landfill and disposal,
disassembly of steel structures and scrap slides,
— dismantling window and door joinery with exit and disposal,
— disconnection of the building from the media and dismantling of the water-tight and electrical installations,
— area levelling after demolition with backfilling and mechanical stocking density,
— the development of demolition technology design,
— developing a design for the organisation of works in connection with the operation of the stadium and agreeing it with the user of the site,
— obtaining a building permit for demolition work.
