subject of the consultation:
The purpose of this contract is to entrust a service provider with an ergonomic analysis of work situations in order to enable:
— the implementation of job adjustments for staff whose preventive medicine recommends medical restrictions.
— understanding and collaborative finding of solutions in complex work situations (high rates of absenteeism, increase in accidents at work or occupational illness, degraded collective illness, etc.).
interventions will aim to contribute to jointly answering questions related to:
— occupational health aspects.
— quality aspects of the service provided to users.
