Description

Preamble The Helmholtz-Zentrum hereon GmbH (Hereon) is a non-profit research institution and one of the 18 member institutions of the Hermann von Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres e.V. The expenditure of the Hereon is financed 90% by the federal government (BMFTR - Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space) and 10% by the four consortium countries (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Brandenburg). The statutory task of the society is to conduct research and development in the multidisciplinary network, especially in the fields of materials research, coastal, climate and environmental research as well as regenerative medicine. Technical description: A miniature tensile test module is to be procured. Miniature tensile test module for in-operando characterization of mechanical properties and for recording microstructural changes. It is to be used, among other things, for localized electrochemical analysis with an existing SVET system. The aim is to record corrosion under mechanical stress. The required operating modes are: - Tensile - Pressure - Fatigue (oscillation) - Fine tensile with very fine samples and forces Overview of the required properties: (Valid are the properties of the rating table) - Operating modes: Tension, pressure and fatigue - operation in principle, e.g. in a scanning electron microscope, suitable under vacuum - incl. complete control hardware and software for all included operating modes and modules - software for image acquisition function synchronous for measurement - All necessary components for the following measurement modes: o Train: Wires, filaments, foils up to 1N, up to 0.1mm thickness o tensile & fatigue: Wires up to 0.5kN, up to 2mm diameter o tension, pressure & fatigue: Sample with 10mm thread tension, length up to >= 50mm, force up to >= 4kN o tension, pressure & fatigue: 3-point tension-pressure-bending mode, force up to >= 5kN - extensiometer, for decoupling from the properties of the mechanics - force capability basic unit >= 10 kN - force cells 10N, 20N, 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1kN, 2kN, 5kN, 10kN or equivalent - force cells for particularly small forces: μN - 1N or equivalent General specification, unless already defined otherwise: - Sample and measuring cell in the center of the force introduction - self-locking at drive stop - possible sample thickness at least 4mm - sample length range min. 30 - 55mm - testable length min. 10 - 40mm - width of the clamping 10mm - sample clamping even under tipping angle +/- 20° - travel distance min. 40mm - synchronous method of clamping to keep POI - 0-pass continuously Details of the fatigue test - dynamic forces min. 800N permanent - frequency min. 150Hz permanent - piezo elongation measurement - amplitude min. 50μm - clamping plates, spare parts for all included, each min. 4 pieces - speed >= 150μm/s at >= 1kN General - Transport device for safe storage and mobile measuring use - Installation and instruction complete - Warranty extension for >= two years, for all modules - Maintenance contract for the first year after warranty extension Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
