Description

the purpose of this framework agreement and its subsequent contracts is the implementation and maintenance for HEC Paris (Higher Education Institution of the CCI Paris Ile de France located at 1 rue de la Libération 78351 Jouy-En-Josas cedex) of the Microsoft CRM Dynamics client relationship management solution, version 2011 or higher.
The project management project consists mainly of the following items:
— Services for implementing the solution in question, – additional integration services, – third party maintenance of the solution.
The successful tenderer for subsequent contracts will be:
— accompany HEC Paris to express its needs regarding the implementation of the solution;
— specify the solution functionally and technically;
— to carry out specific parameters and developments corresponding to the needs expressed;
— accompany CET Paris in the test phases;
— train HEC Paris staff to test, administer, operate and use the Solution
