2. The subject of the contract is the purchase of the service of access to the Legal Information System software (hereinafter: SIP) with modules: Polish and European Law, Comments: Labour Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Public Law, Administrative Proceedings and a module on matters related to debt collection and the Legal and Economic Information System (SIPG). 2.1. On the basis of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to the Ordering Party: 2.1.1. grant the License for Programs and Updates for a period of 36 months for: a) SIP with access on the Licensee's intranet network - for 250 simultaneous users; b) SIP with on-line access - for 70 simultaneous users; c) SIPG optimum with on-line access - for 70 simultaneous users; d) SIPG debt register with online access - for 70 simultaneous users; e) Document application (ADO) - for 30 users; f) Editor's App (ARE) - for 30 users; g) Data Collection (AZD) application with on-line access - for 18 simultaneous users. 2.1.2. update the Programmes within the deadlines specified in the Agreement for a period of 36 months; 2.1.3. provide the warranty services specified in the Agreement. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the PPU constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (hereinafter: SWZ). 4.
