1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Construction of Turzycowa and Czermińskiego streets in Gdańsk with rain sewage system on the section from ul. Appleberry to roundabout 77th Home Army Regiment. 2. Ostrzycka, d) construction of a technical site before crossing the Oruńskie Stream from the roundabout side of the 77th AK Regiment, e) construction of an engineering facility (bridge) over the Oruńskie Stream within ul. Czermińskiego, f) construction of rainwater sewage system with sewers, street drains and drainage devices, g) construction of elements of small retention, including wet basin, dry basins and depressions of the area enabling infiltration of rainwater, h) demolition of existing surfaces from road plates and other elements conflicting with the planned investment, i) reconstruction and protection of conflicting technical infrastructure, including: - electricity networks, - telecommunications networks, - water supply network, - gas network, - district heating network, j) cabling of a conflicting medium-voltage overhead line, k) construction of street lighting, l) construction of a technological channel, m) elaboration of technological projects necessary for the implementation of construction works and engineering facilities, n) works within the riverbed, o) execution of road greenery with planting of trees, shrubs and perennials, p) felling of trees conflicting with the planned land development, q) reprofiling of the site and ordering the investment area, r) public transport stops, s) implementation of a permanent traffic organization, t) securing the existing greenery. 4.
