Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels: unleaded petrol Pb 95 and diesel fuel for the Company's vehicles, within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not earlier than from 01.07.2025) in a non-cash system based on electronic cards, throughout the country, i.e.: 1.1. A maximum of 99 750,00 litres of unleaded petrol with an octane number of not less than 95 (Pb95) produced according to PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 or equivalent; 1.2. A maximum of 495,000.00 litres of diesel fuel produced in accordance with PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or equivalent. 1.3. basic contract: - Unleaded petrol 95 (Pb95) – 49 875.00 litres, - Diesel (ON) – 247 500.00 litres, 1.4. Right of option: - unleaded petrol 95 (Pb95) – 49 875.00 litres, - diesel oil (ON) – 247 500.00 litres. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of the indicated maximum quantities of the Product during the term of the Agreement as part of the basic order. The Ordering Party reserves that it will successively purchase the appropriate amount of individual types of fuels on the basis of actual needs, taking into account the right of option described in detail in § 6 of the Agreement. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ. 4.
