Description

Friedrich Schiller University Jena intends to purchase an EBSD detector for use on a refurbished Zeiss LEO 1530. The condition is that the Bruker XFlash 730 M EDX detector on the REM is compatible with the new EBSD detector on the software side, enabling simultaneous recording and evaluation of the EDX and EBSD results in one software. The EBSD detector should be equipped with a standard detector head and a replaceable detector head for On-Axis TKD (Transmission Kikuchi Diffraction). The aim is to investigate different materials and transmission samples. The EBSD detector including software should meet the following conditions, see minimum requirements (Appendix 2). Note: An advance payment against bank guarantee in the amount of the gross order value is agreed upon. The Contractor shall submit an invoice and a guarantee as soon as the contract has been awarded. The costs must be taken into account and are not remunerated. Requirement: Bank guarantee of a European credit institution / bank, also self-indebted and unlimited, including interest and costs, waiving the objections of contestability, imputability and advance action in accordance with § 770, 771 BGB. The guarantee can be reclaimed after successful acceptance. A time limit is inadmissible.
