Poland-Gdansk: Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses)
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply, together with the installation of multimedia equipment and the supply of apparatus equipment to the teaching rooms of the Chemical Faculty of Gdańsk University of Technology, as part of the ‘New Audittoria Gdańsk University of Technology’ project.
2. The list of equipment, together with a detailed description of the equipment to be procured, is set out in Annex 7.1 to 7.5 to the specifications – Description of the equipment offered.
3. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 5 lots:
— part 1. Supply of CPV multimedia devices: 32322000-6, 51000000-9,
— part 2 Supply of a set of ion-selective electrodes, universal pH/ION CPV meter: 38430000-8,
— part 3 Supply of a CPV flash point measuring apparatus: 38400000-9,
— part 4 Supply of CPV laboratory scales: 38311100-9,
— part 5 Supply of CPV refrigerators: 39711100-0.
4. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots.
5. The tender must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire range of the subject matter of the lot. The subject of the contract offered must meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
6. Wherever the subject-matter of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, the Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to apply solutions equivalent to those described in the documentation, provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional characteristics and do not lower the standards set out in the documentation.
7. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the criteria and characteristics of the products set out in the tender used to select the Contractor.
8. The subject of the contract will be delivered or delivered and installed in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority in the detailed description of the equipment, by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority’s premises at the following address: Gdańsk University of Technology, Chemical Faculty, ul. Gabriela Narutowicz 11/12.80-233 Gdańsk.
9. The costs of delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority and insurance for the time of delivery shall be borne by the Contractor. The exact date of delivery should be agreed with the contracting authority’s representative.
10. Detailed provisions concerning the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 61. /6.2. to the ToR.
11. The contract is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment. As part of the project: ‘Modern audit of the Gdańsk University of Technology’.
