Description

Content of the project The new substation will be built in Hurlistein, between track installation and forest belt. It will ensure the transformation and supply of the Grüze-Seebach transmission line (132 kV) to the contact line (15 kV) into traction current. This project will comply with the new standard UW2012. The construction will contain two transformers with a power output of 21,7 MVA and 15 kV, 132 kV and 16.7 Hz distribution installations respectively.
Scope of the service The service, which includes, in particular, the planning of performance, must be carried out entirely by a total contractor. All the services required for turnkey commissioning of the substation, including the supply of 132 kV (from the 132 kV end mast), the supply of the 15 kV contact line (up to the mooring gate included in the construction area of the substation) and the fitting-out of the surrounding area, must be carried out by this contractor.
These services include: – project management by the contractor totaly- the coordination of the steps with the authorities – the dimensioning and design of the substation on the basis of the indications provided – the detailed study of the project and the engineering skills necessary for its operation- the manufacture or purchase and assembly of the components and parts required – the constructions, including all technical installations – the installation of primary and secondary elements, as well as the building including the technical installations of the mountain- the configuration and the installation of the components to be connected to the site, all of which are connected to it.
