Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of fuel together with the service of refuelling vehicles, machinery and equipment owned by the contracting authority:
(a) gas oil in a guaranteed quantity of 40000 litres (option 491000 litres),
(b) 6000 litres of unleaded etillin E95 (option 30000 litres).
1.1. Subject to the proviso in the law of the option, the contracting authority will carry out with certainty the purchase of the ‘guaranteed quantity’.
1.2. The remaining quantities (described as ‘option’) will be carried out according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, in accordance with the provision on the exercise of the option right set out below.
2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the contractor is required to perform its obligations in accordance with the rules described in the model contract (Annex 5), and in particular to ensure that fuel supplies are carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 9.12.2008 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1058 as amended).
