F-Lyon: Video-conferencing equipment
ATIH wishes to acquire:
— a state-of-the-art videoconferencing configuration replacing its existing systems (Tandberg Edge 95mxp) between its Lyon and Paris sites to equip the 4 existing meeting rooms;
— a videoconferencing configuration in the state of the art to equip two new rooms;
— infrastructure equipment for multi-site videoconferencing with external partners on both IP and ISDN;
— two support trolleys for screens, the ‘codec’ for ancillary equipment in the two new videoconferencing rooms;
— four supports for the two additional screens in large rooms, namely:
1. 2 cranes for fixing to the ceiling (large meeting room in Lyon);
2. 2 columns to be fixed to the floor (large room in Paris).
— individual videoconferencing equipment;
— possibly a web-conference solution for audio, video and document sharing. Two scenarios will be proposed:
O Scenario 1: No web-conference solution;
O Scenario 2: With web-conference solution.
— possibly an automatic display of the Outlook diary of a videoconferencing room, outside the door (to be entered in the BPU).
As well as services and supplies, facilities with transfer of knowledge to administrators, extension of warranty and user training.
