Description

Vingåker Municipality intends to procure a new operational system for the municipality’s care and personal and family care activities. The need is an operational programme in which the functions must provide the municipality with a tool to meet the requirements of the legislation for documentation and to streamline processes in this area.
The system must cover everything from support for the operation’s processing and follow-up of cases within the LSS, the LAS, the SoL and the transport services legislation, to the possibility of documentation within the HSL. The system must be process-oriented so that the system is supported from the application to invoicing and follow-up.
