Description

The purpose of the contract is to carry out metrological checks on thermocyclers and dry baths for ANSES laboratories. It comprises the following three lots: LOT 1: Metrological checks on conventional and real-time thermocyclers, without LOT 2 rotor: Metrological checks on conventional and real-time thermocyclers, with or without LOT 3 rotor: Metrological checks of dry baths The details of the services and the list of equipment are described in the CCTP and Annex 1. It is a framework agreement which is executed by issuing an order form on the basis of unit prices, which sets out all the contractual stipulations and is concluded, without a minimum amount, with a single economic operator in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles R2162-12 and R2162-13 of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is EUR 355 000 (excluding VAT) broken down as follows for each lot: Lot 1: EUR 240 000 excluding VAT / Lot 2: EUR 35 000 excluding VAT / Lot 3: 80 000 euro(s) excluding VAT The market prices are unitary and subject to revision. Each lot includes a basic offer and a variant required at the buyer's initiative relating to the duration of the contract. The candidate must respond to the required variant in addition to the basic offer. Variants at the initiative of candidates are not allowed Places of execution: The ANSES sites concerned by the services covered by the contract for each lot are specified in the CCTP. The list of these sites for all lots is not exhaustive; its scope may be extended in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article 3 of the CCAP (see review clause). The candidate may respond to one or more lots. It is forbidden to submit variable offers or even a global offer. Each lot will be awarded separately to an economic operator
