Description

Prestation de gestion dématérialisée administrative, financière et technique de certains dispositifs de sécurisation des parcours des stagiaires : 1/paiement de la rémunération et de la couverture sociale des stagiaires en Établissements et Services de Réadaptation Professionnelle (ESRP) ou en Établissements et Services de Pré Orientation (ESPO), ainsi que des stagiaires placés sous-main de justice détenus ; 2/ paiement de la protection sociale seule pour des stagiaires qui bénéficient de l'aide financière régionale - Gestion de toute déclaration obligatoire, telle que la Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN) notamment. Préalablement à l'exécution de ces prestations de gestion, l'attributaire devra fournir une réponse technique permettant l'interfaçage de son outil de gestion avec les outils du système d'information de la formation professionnelle de la Région Bretagne. Le marché est soumis à une procédure formalisée avec négociation se déroulant en 2 phases : "candidature" puis "offre". Les éléments de candidature exigés dans le règlement de consultation sont à remettre au plus tard à la date indiquée dans le présent avis. Les entreprises dont la candidature a été retenue à l'issue de la phase de candidature, après examen par la Région Bretagne, seront destinataires d'une invitation à soumissionner.
