Description

Gegenstand dieses Offenen Verfahrens ist jeweils eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Vollschutzbrillen (Los 1)und Impulsschallgehörschutzstöpseln (ISGS – Los 2) an die Bayerische Polizei. Die Lose sind einzeln bewerbbar. Für Los 1 wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung gem. § 103 Absatz 5 GWB i. V. m. § 21 VgV mit folgender Laufzeit abgeschlossen: 4 Jahre, beginnend mit Zuschlag bis 14.11.2023 Folgende Abnahmemenge wird für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit (Jahre 2019 bis 2023) verbindlich zugesichert: 12 650 Stück Vollschutzbrillen. Für Los 2 wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung gem. § 103 Absatz 5 GWB i. V. m. § 21 VgV mit folgender Laufzeit abgeschlossen: 4 Jahre, beginnend mit Zuschlag bis 14.11.2023 Folgende Abnahmemenge wird für die gesamte mögliche Vertragslaufzeit (Jahre 2019 bis 2023) verbindlich zugesichert: 36 100 Paar ISGS.
