The purpose of this consultation is to provide preventive and curative maintenance services for UGAP lifts and goods lifts. For its operational needs, UGAP has chosen to launch an open call for tenders, with a view to concluding a framework agreement with purchase orders for preventive and curative maintenance. The list of lifts and their location are set out in Annex 1 to the CCP. These interventions include regular actions to ensure the proper functioning of equipment (preventive maintenance) as well as repairs in case of breakdown or malfunction (curative maintenance). The services shall include all the actions necessary for the maintenance, repair and upgrading of the equipment, while complying with the technical requirements and the requirements set out in these specifications.
