The subject of the contract is the service of medical equipment in the scope of periodic technical inspections and repairs divided into 6 parts: Part 1 – BLT Cardiomonitors and Monitoring Unit Part 2 – Life Function Monitors, Welch Allyn Digital Blood Pressure Monitor Part 3 – Nihon Kohden Cardiomonitors and Monitoring Unit Part 4 – Cardiomonitors, Telemetry, Monitoring Units, Mindray Life Function Monitor Part 5 – Philips Cardiomonitors Part 6 – GE Healthcare Cardiomonitors 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 2 to the SPC - Assortment and Price Form and Annex 2a to the SPC - Description of the subject-matter of the contract (respectively in the scope of the Part to which it relates).
