Description

The Civil Engineering Office of the Canton of Zurich employs around 500 people. The majority of employees (420 MA) work in the public road area and are therefore subject to the traffic regulations and are obliged to wear service clothes in accordance with EN ISO 20471. With this call for tenders, TBA ZH is therefore evaluating a company with which a framework contract for the procurement of service clothes including laundry services is concluded. The framework contract includes the delivery of the stock as yearless, the stock reorders in the following years, the warehouse management and the laundry service. The laundry service includes the delivery and pick-up service, cleaning and repair of the clothes. The supplier is obliged to take over the existing clothing collection of the TBA ZH (incl. stock) and to integrate it into its laundry logistics. The re-coding (relabeling) to the contractor's coding system is at the expense of the client in accordance with a fixed approach.
