This invitation to tender is managed by the CAPM and concerns all the entities it administers, namely:
— CAPM – headquarters as main entity (Section A),
— The CAPM – Water Control Centre (Section B),
— The CAPM – sewerage control unit (Section C).
This invitation to tender concerns the provision of:
— Public telephone communications services between the CAPM and external communications networks. These services will include in particular:
— the conveyance of outgoing and incoming telephone communications at the various sites of the CAPM,
— the provision of connecting points to the external network,
— the connection, without an exhaust code, with any telephone subscriber, irrespective of the telecommunications operator to which the telephone subscriber is attached,
— the provision of various services such as analytical telephone readings or enhanced telecommunications services (double call, caller identification, etc.),
— the provision of mobile communications terminals and services “subscriptions and voice and DATA communications”,
— the provision of permanent specialised links,
— the supply of ‘xDSL’ type digital links,
— the provision of internet services.
The description of the services and their specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications common to the various lots.
