Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of design and technical support services under the project ‘Development and uptake of electronic government administration services through the development of a single electronic documentation management system (EZD) and the provision and implementation of uniform services at the Polish government administration offices’ under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme 2007-2013, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 8 to the ToR.
3. Wherever the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications and systems
references referred to in Article 30. 1-3 of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
4. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of complementary contracts as referred to in Article 67(1). 1(6) of the Act.
