Description

The public procurement awarded in the framework of this procedure is feasible under the conditions described in the Guidelines, Technical Specifications and Draft Contract - part of the documentation for participation in the procedure. The scope of the contract awarded under this procedure includes a FABRIC NEW VEHICLES CATEGORY M2 SUPPLIER FOR THE NEEDS OF GABROVO MUNICIPALITY. The subject of the contract also includes an obligation for the CONTRACTOR to register the vehicle at the Gabrovo Traffic Police on behalf of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, as well as to provide warranty and service within the warranty period in accordance with the terms of the contract. Payment of the price under the contract will be made under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract, an integral part of the documentation. In accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the performance of the contract will be deemed to have been awarded after funding has been secured.
