Description

Im Zuge des Bauvorhabens McGraw-Ost werden drei Blöcke (A+B+C) errichtet. Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhaltet die Leistung Heizung für Block C. Block C: Wohnheim/Appartementhaus mit Kindergarten und Einzelhandel, mit einem Fernwärmeanschluss für Wohnen von 450 kW und 60 kW für Kindergarten. Der Einzelhandel erhält zur Klimatisierung Wärmepumpen. Alle Wohnungen werden mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet sowie der Kindergarten. Der Verkaufsmarkt im REWE erhält Deckenlufterhitzer und Heizkörper. Kindergarten, Wohnhaus und Einzelhandel werden einzeln abgerechnet. Ca. 7.500 m Rohrleitungen, schwarzes Stahlrohr und Edelstahlrohr (nicht für Trinkwasser geeignet). FBH Wohnen, ca. 6.500 m², KiTA ca. 540 m². Dämmung und Blechmantel 200 % ca. 550 m, ca. 90 Heizkörper (Wohnen) mit Heizungswasser und ca. 70 elektrische HK. Im Einzelhandel mit Türluftschleier und 7 St. Deckenlufterhitzer für Kühlen und Heizen, ca. 85 St. Steigstränge.
