Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste from all inhabited and uninhabited properties on which a holiday cottage or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Municipality of Babimost and from the PSZOK are located. Waste management should be carried out in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling are achieved, that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is reduced and that the level of landfilling of municipal waste and waste resulting from the processing of municipal waste specified in the Act is not exceeded. 2.The area of the Municipality of Babimost is the city of Babimost and the villages: Nowe Kramsko, Stare Kramsko, Wetlands Small, Babies, Lower Babies, Wetlands Great, Zdzisław, Kolesin, Janowiec, Kuligowo, Leśniki, Podzamcze and Młynisko. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 3 Description of the subject of the Order and other provisions of the FTZ.
