Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment to the address of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Transport, ul. Koszykowa 75 00-662 Warsaw. The detailed specification of the scope of the guarantee, the full technical description for the subject-matter of the contract and the other requirements imposed by the contracting authority are set out in Annex No 10 ‘Draft provisions of the contract’ and Annex No 11 ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ to the FTZ. The parameters of the equipment offered by the Contractor are set out in Annex 2 to the Tender Form – description of the subject-matter of the contract – form of the equipment offered.
