Description

The subject-matter of the public procurement contract is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of 25 new urban fully low-floor trolleybuses of the type SD, SK, KD, KK (see Annex 1 to the ZD) for the transport company Zlín-Otrokovice, s.r.o., established in Zlín, Podvesná XVII/3833. In addition, the subject-matter of the contract includes all the costs which tenderers foresee for the performance of the contract, in particular the costs of installing a fully-fledged service point in accordance with the conditions laid down in the tender specifications, the technical specifications, i.e. in particular the costs of supplying service equipment, special tools and diagnostic equipment, all necessary updates necessary for servicing and ordering NDs for the duration of the vehicle guarantee, and the costs of training the contracting authority’s staff to carry out repairs and servicing the trolleybuses supplied in accordance with the tender specifications and the technical specifications.
