The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ) wants its managers and coordinators to develop further in order to contribute effectively to an agile and resilient BZ, external and result-oriented, in which cooperation is inclusive. The learning and development programme for formal managers and coordinators is essential. Ideally, all colleagues from the target groups will have the opportunity to follow one of the courses in the first year in a managerial or coordinating role.
