Railway station Lot 87 - Energy management and process visualisation system for building systems technology
On behalf of the housing association of the city of Wittenberge mbH, the complete renovation of the station reception building in Wittenberge takes place. The listed station building (single monument) is located on the station forecourt (Salomon-Herz-Platz) of the city of Wittenberge. To the east of the building is the main platform and the track body of the railway. The gross floor area (GFA) of the building is 7,564 m2 The building is divided into four components according to construction time and use: - BT A: three-storey masonry building from 1846, cellar with outer walls made of field stone and intermediate walls made of brick masonry, floor ceiling over KG partly as brick cap ceilings, partly later solid, upper floor ceilings wooden beams with false floor, flat platform floor with wooden roof truss, flat sloping roof with bitumen / tar cardboard cover; BT A vacant - BT B1 and B2: two-storey masonry building as an extension in 1873, cellar with brick masonry, floor ceiling above KG as brick cap ceilings, partly later solid, upper floor ceiling wooden beams with false floor, creeping roof with wooden roof truss, flat sloping roof with bitumen / tar cardboard cover; BT B1 with two-storey hall, BT B2 in use (office and function rooms Deutsche Bahn) - BT C: single-storey masonry building as an extension in 1924, partial basement, external walls in in-situ concrete, ceilings above KG: Steel stone slabs between beams Total building dimensions (largest extension) Building width: approx. 112 m building depth: approx. 25 m building height: approx. 17m
