Description

Explanation: ERP system with integrated modules for accounting, procurement, budget follow-up, contract management, public procurement follow-up and management reporting. The implementation of an integrated and future-proof ERP system, preferably based on cloud technology. AgII is not only looking for an accounting tool, but an advanced platform that can support the complexity of its financial processes and operational needs. The new system should both modernize accounting processes and integrate with other functional applications, such as Salesforce. By implementing a more modern system, AgII can: • Increase the automation capacity: By supporting automated workflows and processes, such as invoice processing and approval processes, operational efficiency can be increased. • Improve reporting capabilities: The new system should support advanced and real-time management reporting, enabling the organization to make faster and more informed decisions. • Expanding the integration possibilities: The ERP system should provide seamless links with other tools, such as Salesforce, Isabel, 3P... which will significantly improve collaboration and data exchange. • Optimize contract management: An integrated contract management system within the ERP platform will significantly improve contract management and follow-up, eliminating manual processes and inefficiencies. By investing in an ERP system, AgII can improve its operational efficiency and respond better to the complexity of its assignments and the need for faster and more accurate reports. This change is in line with AgII's vision on digitisation and process optimisation, which allows the organization to better execute its decretal assignments. Place of delivery: Agency for Integration and Integration, Kanselarijstraat 17A, 1000 Brussels
