The object of the Sectoral Procurement Contract consists in the procurement of works for the extension of the WATER SUPPLY AND CANALIZATION NETWORKS in the CLUJ-NAPOCA, GHERLA, DEJ, HUEDIN, AGHIREŞU-FABRICI, BONŢDA AND COJOCNA AGLOMERIES, promoted within the Project Component C1 - Investment I1. Extension of water and sewerage systems in agglomerations of more than 2 000 p.e., prioritised by the Accelerated Plan for Compliance with European Directives Detailed information on the nature and quantity of works can be found in the technical documentation, an integral part of the Tender Documentation. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set in the contract notice, i.e. 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarifications to the tender documentation will be addressed exclusively in SEAP to the ‘Claims for clarification/Questions’ section of the contract notice, and the replies to them will be published in SEAP under the ‘Clarifications, notifications and decisions’ section of the contract notice. The contracting entity shall reply only to requests for clarifications made by economic operators by this deadline. The contracting entity’s replies to these requests will be sent as follows: - for requests for clarifications received at least 29 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders, the Contracting Entity will send its reply 22 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders for requests for clarifications received between 29 and 17 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
