Description

The subject of the performance is the supply, implementation and subsequent support of a comprehensive technical and organizational solution for increasing the cybersecurity of public administration information systems managed by the involved city districts. The solution focuses in particular on the adequate fulfilment of the obligations of municipal districts as administrators of public administration information systems pursuant to Section 5b of Act No 365/2000 on public administration information systems, in connection with the new legislation on cyber security and the requirements for the long-term management of ISVS. The project is conceived as a compact whole that integrates three key functional areas: log management, technical security supervision and methodological support for the implementation of adequate security measures for managed ISVS. The aim is to replace fragmented individual approaches with a single central, multi-tenant solution that enables efficient management, consistent security oversight, sharing of infrastructure costs and methodological support while maintaining data and access isolation of individual city districts.
