Description

1. The subject of the contract is: supply and distribution of gaseous fuels for PGL LP organisational units. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into the following 3 lots: 1) Part 1 - Supply of high-methane natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all PPG from tariff groups W included in the proceedings, excluding PPG connected to the EWE distribution network. 2) Part 2 - Supply of nitrogen-rich natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all PPG from the Lw and Ls tariff groups included in the proceedings. 3) Part 3 - Supply of high-methane natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all PPG connected to the EWE distribution network covered by the proceedings. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in: • SWZ; • Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ; • The draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 2.1., No 2.2., No 2.3. to the SWZ; • PPG list – Annex 3.1 to the SWZ; • Calculator – Annex 3.2 to the SWZ.
