Description

Der Landkreis Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen beabsichtigt die Isar-LoisachRealschule in Wolfratshausen (Gebäude A) unter Berücksichtigung einer umfassenden energetischen Sanierung auf insgesamt 34 Klassen zu erweitern und gleichzeitig eine Einfachsporthalle als WU- Bauteil mit sechs darüber liegenden Klassenzimmern in Holzmodul- bzw. Hybridbauweise neu zu bauen. Dazu werden hier die Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 der Fachplanung im Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung ALG 4, 5, 6 (ELT) in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 angefragt.
