Description

The Urban Administration Department is preparing the adjustments on the routes of a number of tramways in The Hague and surrounding municipalities. This is under the RandstadRail Network (NRR) programme. Part of NRR is the deployment of new, broader and heavier tram equipment.
Part of NRR is the route of tram line 9 between the Circusplein, Gevers Deynootweg and the Black Pad. The scope concerns the adaptation of the tramin infrastructure on the said part of this route. As part of ‘work with work’, the project has been extended to include a refurbishment, various sewerage works on the same route, adaptation of the Cust Healthy beach and the asphalting of cycling path in the context of the cycling programme.
